Acceptable Use Policy
EntrepreJee Last updated: [date]
1. Purpose and scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may not do when using the EntrepreJee application (the "Service"). It supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service (see section 12, Acceptable use, and section 16, Termination). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
2. You may not use the Service to:
- Distribute malware — upload, store, or transmit viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, or any other malicious code, including via attachments, document templates, or receipt/logo uploads.
- Phish or impersonate — send communications (e.g. invoices, quotes, portal links) that impersonate another person, business, or EntrepreJee itself, or that are designed to trick recipients into revealing credentials, payment details, or other sensitive information.
- Send spam — send unsolicited bulk or commercial communications to customers or third parties who have not consented to receive them, or use the Service's email-sending features (invoice/quote send, reminders) for any purpose other than genuine business correspondence with your own customers.
- Issue illegal or fraudulent invoices — generate invoices, quotes, or other documents that misrepresent the goods/services provided, the amount owed, or the identity of the parties, or that are intended to facilitate tax evasion, money laundering, or other financial fraud.
- Infringe intellectual property — upload logos, documents, templates, or other content you do not have the right to use, or use the Service in a way that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other IP rights of EntrepreJee or any third party.
- Abuse other users or EntrepreJee — harass, threaten, or abuse other users, customers, or our staff; or misuse team-access/invitation features to gain access to a business you are not authorized to be part of.
- Attempt unauthorized access — attempt to access another user's account, business data, or any part of the Service's infrastructure without authorization, including by circumventing authentication, exploiting vulnerabilities, or probing/scanning the Service without our prior written permission.
- Disrupt the Service — interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, its APIs, or the infrastructure it runs on, including via excessive automated requests, denial-of-service-style traffic, or any attempt to bypass rate limits or plan limits.
- Scrape or misuse data — use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to extract data from the Service beyond your own account's normal use, or use data obtained through the Service (including other users' data, if ever accessed) for any purpose outside your own legitimate business use.
- Violate law or sanctions — use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of applicable export control or trade sanctions laws.
- Resell or white-label without permission — resell, sublicense, or offer the Service (or access to it) to third parties as if it were your own product, without our prior written agreement.
- Misuse AI features — use the Service's AI-assisted features to generate illegal, deceptive, or harmful content, or rely on AI-generated output without the review required under section 9 of the Terms of Service.
This list gives examples and is not exhaustive — any use that is illegal, fraudulent, or that harms EntrepreJee, other users, or third parties may be treated as a violation of this AUP even if not listed above.
3. Enforcement
Violating this AUP is a material breach of the Terms of Service. We may investigate suspected violations and, depending on severity, warn you, suspend specific features, or suspend or terminate your account under section 16 (Termination) of the Terms of Service — with notice where reasonably possible, but immediately and without notice where necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties (e.g. active malware distribution or fraud). Where required, we may also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Reporting a violation
If you believe another user is violating this AUP, or you've received a suspicious communication that appears to come from the Service, contact us at [support@entreprejee.com].
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP from time to time, in the same manner as changes to the Terms of Service (see section 17 there).
6. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to [support@entreprejee.com].
This is a generic starting template, not legal advice. Have a qualified Finnish/EU lawyer review it before publishing, alongside the other documents in this folder — particularly to confirm the enforcement/termination language here stays consistent with the Terms of Service if that document changes.
